This Cookies Policy aims to inform you clearly, precisely, and comprehensively about the cookies we use, the information we collect through them, and the purposes for which such information is used, as established in Article 22.2 of the LSSI.
1. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND WHAT IS THEIR PURPOSE?
A “cookie” is a file that is stored on the user’s computer, tablet, smartphone, or any other device, with the purpose of collecting and storing information about the user’s use of the Website (Article 22.2 LSSI).
2. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?
The cookies used on the website are managed by MECANIZADOS ESTEBAN, S.L. or third parties with their purposes and retention periods established in section four of this cookie policy.
3. WHAT TYPES OF COOKIES EXIST?
Below is a classification of the cookies that exist and may be used on our Website, considering that the same cookie may be included in more than one category.

- Own cookies: those sent to your device from our own equipment or domains from which we provide the requested service.
- Third-party cookies: those sent to your device from equipment or domains not managed by us, but by another collaborating entity.
2) According to the time period they remain active
- Session cookies: these are designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a webpage. They are usually used to store information that only needs to be kept for the service requested by the user on a single occasion (for example, a list of purchased products) and disappear at the end of the session.
- Persistent cookies: these are those in which the data remain stored on the device and can be accessed and processed for a defined period set by the cookie’s responsible party, which can range from a few minutes to several years.
3) According to their purpose
- Technical cookies: these allow navigation through the Website, including those used for managing the Website and enabling its functions and services (e.g., controlling traffic and data communication, identifying the session, accessing restricted areas, remembering the items in an order, processing an order’s purchase, managing payment, etc.). These cookies will be exempt from compliance with the obligations established in Article 22.2 of the LSSI when they allow the requested service to be provided to the user. However, if these cookies are used for non-exempt purposes, they will be subject to such obligations.
- Personalization cookies: these allow remembering information so that you can access the Website with certain features that may differentiate your experience from that of other users (e.g., the language, the number of results to show when a user performs a search, the appearance or content of the service depending on the type of browser through which the user accesses the service, or the region from which the user accesses the service, etc.). If it is the user themselves who chooses these features (for example, by selecting the website’s language by clicking on the corresponding flag icon), the cookies will be exempt from the obligations of Article 22.2 of the LSSI as they are considered a service expressly requested by the user, as long as the cookies adhere to the selected purpose.
- Analytics or measurement cookies: these allow the responsible party to track and analyze user behavior, including quantifying the impacts of advertisements. The information collected through these cookies is used to measure the activity of the Website in order to introduce improvements based on the analysis of the usage data from users.
